The Business Development Manager will assist in expanding our business. The candidate will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The candidate will arrange business meetings with prospective clients, prepare sales contracts, conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs, etc.

Salary: $50,000 - $75,000 per year plus commission

Requirements

• Experience in Sales & Business Development required.
• Experience in the local shipping / trucking industry preferred but not required. - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• BS/BA in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.

Duties include delivering freight to various customers including businesses, construction sites, malls, residences, and retailers. Applicants must possess the knowledge to use various types of equipment including hand trucks and pallet jacks.

Starting pay up to $19.50/HR (Based on Experience)

Requirements

• Valid Type 3 Drivers License
• Minimum one-year experience driving box trucks 16’ or greater in length. - Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule.

Duties include pick up and delivery of containers from the port to various locations on the island of Oahu, safely operating various types of equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts, conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment, etc.

Starting pay up to $28.00/HR (Based on Experience)

- Minimum one year commercial driving experience in Hawaii preferred.
